Spa Treatment for Your Feet!

Summer moisture may not have to be a concentrated to get good moisture for the skin.  But, in the winter time, you should change your moisturizer to a serum.

Steps to better skin care:

1.  First soak in Epsom salt or Naturals Foot Essentials about about 10 minutes.

2.  Scrub with natural Epsom Salt.  If you want  aromatherapy for a spa setting, try adding  peppermint oil.  Peppermint oil give a boost so use in the day time and not at bed time.

3.  Smooth on Bath Oil.

4.  Wrap in plastic wrap-Kitchen variety such as Saran wrap.

5.  Cover your feet with spa socks over night!
